Leadership is more than a fancy word to describe management. Leadership isn’t about telling people what to do, having more authority or earning more money. Leadership is not for getting more done.

Leadership is about getting people to go with you to make change happen. Of course, it’s risky because it might not work. But without leadership, we get a future mostly of the status quo...of sameness. So, we need leadership...because we care enough to make change.

One of the key principles of leadership is that it’s not for the leader. It’s for those being led...the people we seek to serve. And in order to lead them, we need to understand them...who they are, what they see and where they are going. We can’t hope they will go on our journey unless we understand them first.

I created this workshop to dig deeper into these and other concepts...to give you a better understanding of what the world needs from you in order to make change happen. I’ve created a safe place for people like you to explore, to challenge yourself and others to go further...to become better leaders.

I offer this in both a sprint (1 and 2 day) and extended format. And, I hope you’ll come along. Please click the link below if you have an interest in joining a future session. Please click the link below if you have an interest in joining a future session.
