There is no one else responsible for our place in life. Not our parents, not our spouse, our teachers or our bosses. We chose to be here, specifically on this path. Of course there were some things baked in, our genetics, where we grew up and so on. But, beyond this, we chose. And of course, we could have chosen differently. But we didn’t. So, stop worrying, blaming or being resentful about it. This too is a choice. Choose instead to receive it as a gift…something which is certain. Because, where we go from here isn’t. But, we do get to choose how and where we go next. Choose wisely.
