What Practice is For?

The only way to confront and overcome fear is to stare at it. But then, more importantly, is to do something...to charge through it.

It might not work. It probably won't work. But doing something might help. It might help us learn what will work.

Doing the thing despite fear is a courageous act. Doing it over and over until the fear subsides is the intelligent act.

Practice doesn't make perfect. But, it will help us overcome fear.
